My mom and I have used this wonderful company for more than 10 years. Their plumbers are always exceptional and do excellent work. I want to send a special shout out to Andre! It is Dec 3, 2024. He came to our house today to do a routine inspection and to fix a blocked toilet. He was VERY thorough and found a big problem with the safety valves under our sinks. He replaced all of them for us, thus saving us THOUSANDS of dollars in potential flooding damages. He was very kind to my mom and I and to our dogs. He was very respectful and professional and worked very hard and quite quickly. He was genuine and warm. I already trusted this company and liked them, but after meeting Andre I have even more respect for them. This is a company that provides exceptional customer service! Andre was so good my mom even said to me, "Andre really made a hard day feel better." He was very fair about the price too.

We have used Mr. Rooter for as long as we have owned our house (almost 18 years), and they have always delivered 5-star service. We had an issue with a major leak coming from our water shutoff valves under our kitchen sink, and not only did they fix it quickly and efficiently, but they improved on what was there with better hardware and made it easily upgradable for attaching an icebox connection. We always in good hands with Mr. Rooter.
